| DELIVERY | | Please read the following information on terms and conditions of purchase and delivery carefully before ordering. Delivery After receiving your order, Sommerfuglen will send you and e-mail acknowledging your order. The order is usually dispatched within five business days. In case of a delay, we will notify you via e-mail. Orders are subject to price changes or incorrect prices. Payment Methods You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard. Your payment is processed by PBS (Payment Business Services) and Pay Dandomain. PBS and Pay Dandomain are leading payment service providers in Scandinavia, certified by banks and card acquirers to handle secure payment transactions at the highest level. The amount will not be charged to your account before your order is dispatched. VAT Shipments bound for countries outside the European Union (incl.The Faeroe Islands, Greenland, and Iceland) will be dispatched exclusive of VAT. Your refund will be paid into your account, but please note that shipping charges will be deducted. Freight and shipment The webshop default ads the following delivery costs to your order: Denmark: DKK 75 /€ 10 Scandinavia and European Union: DKK 195 /€ 26,20 Other Countries: DKK 195 /€ 26,20 Small orders (less than DKK 200) will - if possibly - be send as mail. If so, you only pay the mail costs. Due to insurance, orders exceeding DKK 200 are always sent as packages. Right to withdraw from order You have the right to withdraw from your order within a period of 14 days. Articles returned to Sommerfuglen are only accepted if they appear the same as when you received them. Among other things that means that labels should be unbroken and original kit emballage should be intact. Note that you will have to pay the return costs. Please send a mail to mail@sommerfuglen.dk in forehand if you want to withdraw from an order. State order number and the bank account number your payment should be returned to. Delivery of incorrect, imperfect or damaged items If you have any complaint regarding damaged or defective goods you have a period of two years for making your reclamation. We will compensate freight charges and bear responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please specify the defect. In case of disagreement, Sommerfuglen will follow the recommendations of the National Consumer Complaints Board.
