BOMULIN - ISAGER (2)

Bomulin is an Italian yarn consisting of 75% cotton and 25% linen. The cotton strand and the linen strand are twisted together, and as the two qualities take the dye differently, the yarn seems a bit mixed. Bomulin is thinner than the two-ply Mercerised Cotton and can not be substituted by that quality. Although if you knit Mercerised Cotton and Linen together, you can substitute one of those qualities by the Bomulin and get a thinner and more airy garment.
