Solvejg Hisdal has visited museums throughout Norway searching for the textiles, chests, cabinets, and old folk costumes that have later become a source of her inspiration. Lingerie or underwear was the source for creating this tailored jacket. The hat is decorated with the same velvet ribbon, which also is a part of the collar, front edgings and sleeves. Velvet is not included in the kit. This kit includes the pattern and yarn you will need to make this garment.
